Our main office is located in Irvine, California. Our primary service area is Southern California, with extended service areas reaching Central California, Nevada and Southwestern Arizona.

Our in-house laboratory facility is certified and recognized by several reviewing agencies including the City of Los Angeles, Office of the State Architect, and various counties and cities. We provide full range of geotechnical testing in accordance with ASTM.

We have state-of-the-art software and automated systems for seismic evaluation, slope stability analysis, foundation analysis and design, Pile Analyses, CPT interpretation, Liquefaction Analysis, laboratory data processing, and specialized instruments for ground motion measurements.

We are the sole geotechnical service provider for the Diocese of Orange.

GSI consists of well-qualified principals and geologists whose combined expertise span more than 100 years of experiences.

We have provided consulting geotechnical services for several church projects for various denominations throughout Southern California. Our principal-in-charge, Abraham S. Baha, PE, is personally involved in the execution of all our services. He is the founder of our business and with over 35 years of geotechnical engineering experience, he is the guiding force in our ability to offer unparalleled service to match our clients’ needs.
